How we Create Impact

Water conservation

Our composting program returns 450 tons of organic matter to the soil annually, improving structure, water retention, and carbon storage. We've transformed waste into a resource that nourishes our crops naturally.

Inclusive Employment

We've created specialized programs, positions, and strategies that provide employment opportunities to populations who face difficulties accessing jobs—including deaf and hearing impaired, those with cognitive disabilities, and populations affected by armed conflicts.
