Last Wednesday, December 11th, we bid farewell to Raúl Beltrán, who for 25 years was an essential part of our Falcon Farms family. Raúl not only left an indelible mark on our production lines but also in the hearts of those of us who had the privilege of working with him every day.

Raúl will be remembered for his unique character, his honesty, and above all, his immense camaraderie. From day one, he dedicated himself to supporting his colleagues, always willing to lend a hand, teach with patience, and share the wisdom he accumulated over so many years of hard work.

One of his coworkers described him with these words:
“I will always carry with me the life lessons you taught me. I hold on to the memories, the anecdotes of your strong yet endearing character, and the example of your unconditional love for your family, especially your granddaughter, whom you proudly called ‘la chiquita’.”

Raúl was always the first to raise his voice when something wasn’t right—not out of confrontation, but out of his desire to ensure that things were done correctly. His commitment to excellence motivated all of us to be better and to always seek solutions, even in the most challenging moments.

Today, we say goodbye, but not without first expressing our gratitude for everything he left behind. Raúl taught us that work is not just a daily task but an opportunity to build deep and meaningful human connections. While he will no longer be physically with us, his spirit will remain alive in every corner of Falcon Farms and within each of us.

Thank you, Raúl, for your dedication, your teachings, and your friendship. It brings us comfort to know that you are now resting in God’s grace. We will always remember you with gratitude and affection.

Raúl será recordado por su carácter único, su honestidad y, sobre todo, su inmenso compañerismo. Desde el primer día, se dedicó a apoyar a sus colegas, siempre dispuesto a tender una mano, enseñar con paciencia y compartir su sabiduría acumulada en tantos años de trabajo.

Uno de sus compañeros lo describió con estas palabras:
“Siempre llevare conmigo las lecciones de vida que me enseñaste. Me quedo con los recuerdos, con las anécdotas de tu carácter fuerte pero entrañable, y con el ejemplo de tu amor incondicional hacia tu familia, especialmente hacia tu nieta, a quien siempre llamabas ‘la chiquita’ con un orgullo inigualable.”

Raúl era el primero en alzar la voz cuando algo no estaba bien, no por confrontación, sino por su deseo de que las cosas se hicieran correctamente. Su compromiso con la excelencia nos motivó a todos a ser mejores y a buscar siempre soluciones, incluso en los momentos más complicados.

Hoy nos despedimos, pero no sin antes agradecer todo lo que nos dejó. Raúl nos enseñó que el trabajo no es solo una tarea diaria, sino una oportunidad para construir conexiones humanas profundas y valiosas. Aunque ya no estará físicamente con nosotros, su espíritu seguirá vivo en cada rincón de Falcon Farms y en cada uno de nosotros.
